Go to grocery store and purchase different varieties of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals and by including them in your foods you can get the proper nutrition. Avoid purchasing cakes and donuts. Purchase baked chips instead of fried. Dried nuts and fruits are good alternative for snacks.

If you are fond of meats then bake them instead of frying. Baking reduces the fat of meat. Use lean cuts and fish at place of meats. Ignore the heavy sauces and use soy sauce and garnish with sesame seeds for extra flavor. If you love to eat ice cream you can eat low fat yogurt which is tasty like ice cream. Try to avoid eating large in one sitting. Take five meals during day but with small amount of food.
